Volunteer Registration Form

In recent years, there have been a handful of people who have registered and not shown up, have not been legitimately affiliated with a group who was invited to come to Physics Day, or have brought children too young to help. This is against Lagoon’s policies and hurts our ability to run the event. Therefore, we have added a few other lines to this registration to help us verify each registrant and their affiliation.

Register to help with USU Physics Day at Lagoon using this form. To complete registration on-line, simply complete the following fields and press “Submit.” A confirmation will be sent to your email address. A second email will be sent a few days prior to Physics Day with information on your assignment, where and when to meet at Physics Day, and who to contact upon your arrival. Entry passes, lunch passes and t-shirt tickets can be picked up at the sponsor registration table outside of Lagoon’s Vendor/Employee Gates on Physics Day.
